Developer Robbie Mayfield Co. plans to build Rob Roy360 on Loop 360, north of Bee Caves Rd. in the Davenport West Planned Unit Development. Construction is expected to begin before year's end and come to market in December 2001, according to company officials. Colliers Oxford is marketing Rob Roy360.The two-story project will contain about 43,000 sf on each floor and be made cast-in-place concrete, with energy efficient gray/green double-pane glass. The two-story lobby features an elegant blend of natural stones, woods and metals.Robbie Mayfield Co. was the developer of the high-end Davenport Village retail complex on Loop 360 and Westlake Dr. plus several master-planned residential communities, including Cat Mountain Villas, Austin Woods, and Westover Hills.
