The emergency 90-day ban was imposed Aug. 4, just after theMedina Grocery had closed. Officials are claiming big trucks neededfor demolition would further snarl two city road projects.

The grocery store is currently closed and would need a newpermit to re-open as a business. Property owner Hae Lee mightre-open the store and operate it herself, but there are no definiteplans as yet.
