Industrial Project Fetches $8.2 Million

LOS ANGELES-A private family trust purchases the Industry Hills Business Park, a few miles southeast of Downtown.

The buyer is the Nobbs Family Trust, which is also based in Industry. It acquired the Industry Hills Business Park, 15940-16056 Amar Road, from privately held Amar Plaza Partners of Newport Beach.

Sperry Van Ness represented the family trust. Amar Plaza Partners was represented in-house.
