The company has a portfolio of 55 shopping centers, with approximately 11.1 million square feet of gross leasable area, located in Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama and Florida.
