The largest was the 62,000-sf lease signed by Reisen Lumber Industries in Kenilworth, NJ; the company is relocating from Union, NJ, and JGT represented both tenant and the unnamed owner.
Also, JGT and Harris Commercial co-brokered the sale of a 47,000-sf flex building in Aberdeen, NJ to Woodmont Aberdeen LLC, a local investment group. Additionally, JGT and Trammell Crow co-brokered a 31,250-sf lease for MCI World Com Network Services in Plainsboro, NJ.
Additional leases were signed by Erco USA in Edison, NJ; Environmental Rental Corp. in Metuchen, NJ; and Joule Inc. in South Plainfield, NJ.
