SAN DIEGO-The company, eCloser, takes nearly 12,000 sf in Mission Valley office project.

The company is eCloser, an Internet firm that makes software for use in the mortgage,home equity and car-loan industry. It is taking 11,939 sf at 8885 Rio San Diego Drive.

Grubb & Ellis Co. broker and vice president Jack Kruger represented the landlord, a private partnership known as AGBRI Rio Vista I LLC. Frank Wright of the central San Diego office of CB Richard Ellis represented eCloser.
