Bedford is a self-administered equity real estate investment trust specializing in suburban office buildings and industrial properties in the western United States. The company owns and operates approximately 97 properties with a combined total of 7.5 million rentable sf.

The dividend represents a 7% increase over Q2. Earnings for the first six months of the year rose 13% to $49.3 million. Net income before an extraordinary item increased 26% to $30.7 million. The company's share price closed Wednesday at $21.25, a 52-week high. The price remained unchanged in morning trading on Thursday.
