San Jose's final environmental impact report for the proposed 20,000-worker campus dismisses charges that the parcel will ruin the area's largest remaining parcel of open space and create traffic problems.
Environmentalists and other opponents said they would continue to protest the project at future public meetings and would also try to delay it. The city's planning commission will make final recommendations on the project later this month.
Cisco is San Jose's largest private employer.
