242,000-SF Industrial Structure Being Added at West Little York Distribution Center

HOUSTON-Panattoni Development Co. is constructing a 242,000-sf industrial project Beltway 8 and West Little York in northwest Houston. The structure carries a late 2000 completion date.

The building is part of Panattoni's West Little York Distribution Center. Boyd Page & Associates is leasing the building, which is scheduled to be ready for occupancy in late 2000. Panattoni, based in Sacramento, CA., develops, leases and owns projects in 45 cities around the nation. The firm specialized in build-to-suit projects for large corporations. In recent years, the company has developed an average 10 million sf per year.
