The properties are located at Northwest Central Highway 35E and Teasley Lane, 3114 W. University, 801 Sherman Dr. and 3012 E. University. The properties have been purchased by Millenium Gasoline Corp.
In another transaction, Whataburger Inc. has sealed a deal to buy 60,000 sf for a restaurant along US 377 and Northpark Rd. in Watauga, a town situated south of Dallas. The site has been bought from North Park Joint Venture. Brokers for United Commercial Realty/ChainLinks have handled the transactions.
