The bank, which was headquartered in Camas for 77 years, announced its plans to move to downtown Vancouver last April. It is occupying space vacated by the Horenstein law firm, which moved to the 10th and 11th floors of the office building after being acquired by the Miller, Nash law firm of Portland.
Riverview Community Bank spent $ 400,000 remodeling 15,000 sf of space on the ninth floor. It will continue to operate a 5,000-sf branch office on the ground floor. Riverview says the relocation was necessary because of crowding and a want to be in Vancouver's core downtown business district.
