ATLANTA-The developer is building townhomes, condos and lofts above commercial space at the 26-acre, mixed-use site in the Smyrna area of Cobb County, about 15 miles northwest of the center city.
Wieland plans to have offices in the commercial section along with eight to 10 other businesses and services. The townhouses will go for $550,00 and up, and the lofts will be marketed at about $230,000. Currently, more than 25% of the development is sold.
