The Bees Cave Road. properties consist of a three-building, 57,000-sf Crystal Mountain Office Park and the 41,000-sf Lakepointe Center II, owned by Lakepointe Plaza II LP, a group of private investors who have retained two retail pad sites on the property.
The three-building Crystal Mountain office park transaction closed in early September. The site houses tenants such as Edward Jones investment company, Edelman Public Relations Worldwide and Collective Technologies Inc. Lakepointe's tenants include Intrinsity Inc., a fabless semiconductor operation.
