Nexus Pays $7.3 Mil in El Segundo

LOS ANGELES-The 100,000-sf South Bay industrial property will be leased to Exodus Communications.

The property, which will be used as an Internet data center, islocated at 1920 Maple Ave. Nexus has leased the facility to SantaClara-based Exodus Communications. The company, which is slated to occupythe building in November, will be expanding from within El Segundo.

The South Bay office of Grubb & Ellis represented the seller, Redondo Beach-based Douglas Furniture. Nexus was represented by CPM George Reilly.
