Newmark & Company Real Estate Inc., which represented Vornado Westport LLC in the deal, refuses comment on the purchase price reported to GlobeSt.com by real estate sources.
If the purchase price is accurate, it would place the value of the deal at $200 per sf.
Westport Corporate Park, which consists of 55 and 57 Greens Farms Rd., is 100% leased and is occupied by MetLife, Allianz Investment Corp., New England Consulting Group and AC Nielsen. It was originally built by Mendik Realty.
Vornado acquired the Westport Corporate Park as part of its acquisition of the Mendik portfolio several years ago, according to Newmark officials.
