The space is inside Airport Center, 6151 W. Century Blvd, just a few blocks from Los Angeles International Airport and the rental car company's vast rental parking lot. Cresa Partners represented Hertz in the lease negotiations. PM Realty Group repped the owners, a partnership of GE Capital and Jupiter Realty.

The area around LAX has seen a flurry of leasing and investment activity recently, as users look for less-expensive alternatives to nearby Santa Monica, Century City, Culver City, Westwood and other Westside submarkets. Many owners in the Airport Area have also launched big renovation projects, which have attracted even more tenants.
