In the biggest of the two leases announced by LA-based developer IDS, Thorson & Associates/e-Insurance Systems agreed to take 19,904 sf of office space at 30739 Russell Ranch Rd. in an eight-year pact valued at $3.2 million. The Staubach Co. represented Thorson & Associates. IDS represented itself, with an assist from the local office of Grubb & Ellis.
Separately, Genuity Solutions Inc., the new Internet group of communications giant Verizon, leased 10,859 sf in a five-year deal valued at $1.6 million. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, which will relocate from Thousand Oaks.
Earlier this year, homestore.com, which operates several real estate Internet sites, took 137,760 sf at the three-building, 327,474-sf development.
