Since spending the first quarter of 1999 below the $15 range, Bedford's per share stock price has fluctuated in the $15 to $20 range. In afternoon trading Wednesday, the price stood at $20.875, a 52-week high that remains unchanged from Tuesday.
Bedford Property Investors is a suburban office and industrial REIT with a focus on the western United States. At last count, the company owned and operated 98 properties aggregating approximately 7.6 million rentable sf.
