House of Blues Expands HQ

LOS ANGELES-Entertainment company takes an additional 27,000 sf in Sunset Media Tower in deal valued at $6.4 million.

The company is best-known for its nationwide chain of nightclubs, but it is also one of the country's largest concert promoters and is involved in several other entertainment-related businesses. The lease for 27,000 more sf brings HOB's total presence in the Hollywood building, at 6255 Sunset Blvd., to 75,000 sf.

The Brentwood office of Madison Partners represented the owner, Archon Group. The Los Angeles office of Julien J. Studley represented House of Blues.
