Russian Network Will Broadcast from the Meadowlands

SECAUCUS, NJ-TV Russia will locate a headquarters and studio facility at Hartz Mountain property in the Meadowlands.

Indeed, the facility is part of Hartz's Harmon Studio City, a concentration of production facilities utilized by MSNBC, UPN-9, CBS and NBA Properties. The 24 Meadowlands Parkway property was originally erected as a build-to-suit for Univision's Channel 41, a Spanish language TV station. UPN-9 came aboard as a tenant and the concept of Harmon Studio City was born.

The site has another 30 undeveloped acres, and yet another 45 in the adjacent Harmon Meadow mixed-use development.
