$280-Mil Mixed-Use Project Planned Near Kennesaw Mountain

ATLANTA-Macauley Properties is developing Ridenour, a $280 million, 88-acre, mixed-use project with 24 acres of green space near Kennesaw Mountain in Cobb County, northwest of Downtown.

The project has a five-year build-out schedule but partners Steve Macauley and Tad Leithead hope they won't have to wait that long to find financing for the $32-million office portion. Colonial Bank is funding the $45-million residential part. The enterprise will have 24 acres of green space.
