Lowe's Expands with South Jersey Site

LITTLE EGG HARBOR, NJ-Fast-growing home improvement chain deepens its NJ activity with new unit near Atlantic City.

Indeed, Lowe's has become a major direct competitor for Home Depot in NJ; the company's latest store will be in Little Egg Harbor, NJ, not far from Atlantic City, where it has acquired a 24-acre site with plans to build a mammoth 160,000-sf store.

Harold Wien, senior vice president of NAI/Eric Bram & Co., based in East Brunswick, NJ, brokered the land sale.
