The 45,000-sf co-location facility is expected to be in operation by early 2001 and will house telecommunications equipment for multiple clients. ColoConnection, a subsidiary of Miami-based Terremark Worldwide, signed a 20-year lease on the site. Financial terms were not disclosed.
