The 8.5-acre business park at 5930-5962 Priestly Drive is in the heart of the 560-acre Carlsbad Research Center. The Genesis project will include four two-story and five one-story class Aoffice buildings, ranging in size from 6,360 sf to 17,056 sf.
Completion of the project is set for the first quarter of 2001. Pacific Carlsbad Partners LLC is developing the project, while Colliers International in San Diego is marketing the property.
