GOLDEN VALLEY,MN-Golden Valley Town Square will include 40,000-sf retail and office space.
The project, which is about two-thirds preleased, will include street and lower level retail spaces, and second-floor offices.
The building is located at the intersection of Golden Valley Road and Winnetka and is expected to be ready to open in the spring of 2001.
