The four-building, class A office project would include two twin 92,000-sf buildings, a 38,000-sf building, and a 40,000sf building on 16 acres. The proposal includes a 1,048-space parking structure underneath the larger twin buildings. Orion Partners Ltd./Colliers International will be in charge of leasing for the complex.

Gill also has three other projects--all Hilton hotels--on tap for Sonoma County. The first, a 120-suite Hilton Homeward Suites, is nearing approval and slated to begin construction next year. Gill also plans to build a 97-room Hilton Garden Inn and a Hilton Hampton Suites hotel.

Elsewhere in Santa Rosa, Optical Coating Laboratory Inc. plans to build two buildings totaling 208,528 sf on its existing 75-acre campus. The new buildings will serve as production, office and meeting space.
