Medical Building Sells for $8.5 Million

LOS ANGELES-Private investment group acquires the 102,022-sf Centinela Medical development in Inglewood.

Long Beach-based Ensemble Investments acquired the two-building Centinela Medical complex in the 500 block of East Hardy Street. The property was sold by Seattle-based lending giant Washington Mutual.

The South Bay office of Grubb & Ellis represented both parties in the transaction.
