Located on a 40-acre site at the northeast corner of Interstate 10 and Silber Rd., the center is being developed by a joint venture of Orix Real Estate Equities and PLC Commercial. The project emphasizes restaurants and entertainment venues and does not have a great deal of apparel. Tenants in the project include Jillian's, Vans Skate Park, Cafe Adobe and Edwards Cinemas. Transwestern Commercial Services leases the project.
