The company has broken ground on a 122,500-sf speculative warehouse facility in Landmark Industrial Park in Belvidere, IL, the second such facility the company has built in the park. Pierce Distribution recently leased the first 100,000-sf structure.
Landmark is also building a second industrial park in Belvidere, a 90-acre site adjacent to the Chrysler assembly plant. UPS's hub in Rockford is only a short distance from both parks.
