"We are extremely pleased to welcome Agilent Technologies as our lead tenant at Andover Office Park," says Boston Properties regional manager Bryan Koop. He notes that it is the third major technology lease signed by the company in the past six months. Other sizeable deals included a 381,000-sf lease with PTC in Needham, and a 270,000-sf build-to-suit assignment in Chelmsford on behalf of Tellabs.
Andover Office Park is sited on 20 acres in the Northern Massachusetts community, one-quarter mile from Interstate 93 and 25 minutes from Boston. Boston Properties vice president Joe Howard finalized the lease, while John Wilson of Insignia/ESG represented Agilent.
