What Azzolina has in mind for a 132-acre site he owns on US Route 35 is a town center with 76 townhouses, 140 multifamily units, a small number of single-family homes, offices, a retail complex, a museum and an educational wetlands area.

While no specific project cost was disclosed, estimates are that in would be in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
