HOUSTON-A 247,000-sf office structure hits the market with a $42-million asking price. The building, situated in the city's Energy Corridor, is fully leased by a Massachusetts software company.

The 247,000-sf building is located in the Energy Corridor area of West Houston, where dozens of major oil and gas firms have their offices.

Aspen Technology, a Cambridge, MA. software company, is leasing 100% of the building. The five-story building, owned by Crow Holdings and Westbrook Partners, is located on Eldridge Parkway. Trammell Crow is marketing facility.
