Al Angelo Co. Changes Sales Agent for Heritage Place

VANCOUVER, WA-With construction of the 137-unit project almost complete and 115 units yet to be sold, developer Al Angelo Co. is switching the listing from Windermere Real Estate to Coldwell Banker Barbara Sue Seal.

With the 137-unit project nearly complete and 115 units still for sale, the Angelos have reportedly brought in Coldwell Banker Barbara Sue Seal to handle sales, replacing Windermere Real Estate, which had a one-year marketing agreement. None of the companies could immediately be reached for comment.

The Angelos also named Betty Peath site manager of Heritage Place. Peath previously managed an Angelo property in Seattle. She and her husband will live on site.
