New Risk Management Lease Addition Fills Up Chattahoochee 4400

ATLANTA-The tenant's additional space of 16,177-sf on the 40-month lease gives the billing and collection outsourcing service a total 41,883 sf in the 50,492-sf building in Duluth, a Northeast Metro District.

The addition fills up the building, one of several being developed at the 925,000-sf Chattahoochee Corners business complex by Alter Group of Lincolnwood, IL. RMA's rent is $13.20 per sf.

Rental rates in the market for class A office space are $18 per sf to $22 per sf. RMA has 20 offices nationwide.
