The office will be populated by C&W veterans Jerry Richter, Joseph Sarno, Frank Caccavo and Jon Marks. All of the men are senior directors, except for Marks, whose title is director. Two other employees will also be housed in the office.
Currently, C&W employs 50 brokers in the state. The firm's first Garden State office opened in 12970 when C&W entered East Rutherford. In 1984, it opened its Parsippany branch.
