MINNEAPOLIS- Developer plans to convert top three floors into office space.

The building was owned by the restaurant operators who own the Local on its bottom two floors. One of the sellers, Henry Cousineau, is retaining part ownership in the building.

The restaurant operators had planned to build a boutique hotel on the top floors. The building's top three floors have been vacant since Cousineau and his partner bought the building three years ago for $1.5 million.
