The only other hospital that Mayo operates outside Minnesota, its headquarters location, is in north Scottsdale in the master-planned community of Desert Ridge. The hospital is about five miles north of the newly leased office space.
The Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis negotiated the lease on behalf of Mayo, and Trammel Crow represented the building owner, Sun Life Assurance Co. of Canada.
