RREEF Takes Control of 85,349-SF Woodcreek Plaza

RICHARDSON, TX-Chicago-based realty investment group, RREEF, is taking control of the 85,349-sf Woodcreek Plaza in the Telecom Corridor. The four-story structure offers space for smaller office tenants in a submarket where large-space tenants are the norm.

The four-story structure is located near the intersection of N. Central Expressway and Texas 190 near Renner Road. The property's tenants consist of smaller companies, but the most significant amount of space is leased to Praxair Inc. and PMSI Services Inc., a RREEF spokeswoman tells GlobeSt.com. The seller is FRM West Loop Associates #6 Ltd.

The RREEF's Dallas portfolio includes a number of industrial, office, retail and multifamily properties.
