SchafeRichardson Pays $2.4 Mil for Former Bank's Store

MINNEAPOLIS-The 156,000-sf old warehouse will be converted to office space.

The new owner plans to complete the conversion of the 156,000-sf building from retail to a multi-tenant office space.

The building fits nicely into SchafeRichardson's other older warehouse properties with brick walls and wood floors and beams. The Bank's store moved out late last year, and the building is about a third full.
