The rapidly growing Stellcom has occupied all of 12670 High Bluff Dr. and will now be occupying more than half of the adjoining building. The company is moving into the larger space from another CarrAmerica property, Wateridge Pavilion.
"Continuing our relationship with this important customer has been a high priority for us," says says Malcolm O'Donnell, managing director for CarrAmerica in Southern California.'The Staubach Co., which has represented Stellcom in San Diego, also acted on behalf of CarrAmerica.
