FSP Goldentop Technology Center Corp. closed Sept. 22 on the 141,405-sf, tilt construction Goldentop Technology Center. The two-year-old building at 17030 Goldentop Rd. is situated on eight acres in the 4S Ranch business park. It boasts a prime location, with good access to Interstate 15 and a new link to State Route 56, which is scheduled to open in 2001.
CB Richard Ellis' San Diego Central office represented the seller's board of trustees while San Diego-based SENTRE Partners Inc. has acted on behalf of the buyer. SENTRE is an acronym for Stewards and Entrepreneurs of Real Estate.
