Redevelopment officials have said they want the former UA building to be sold to local theater company Camera Cinemas. Camera already owns locations on South First Street and South Second Street, but says it would close those theaters if they were able to purchase the United Artists space.

Both buildings are being marketed by Forest City Enterprises Inc., a Cleveland-based investment banking trust. Asking prices were not immediately available.
