PHOENIX-A local investment company has purchased for $540,000 an apartment complex in mid-town Phoenix.
The complex was sold by Los Angeles-based investors, Ken and Edna Wenning, who had owned the property for seven years.
The Phoenix office of Marcus & Millichap negotiated the sale for both parties.
