Klausner, who had been a partner in the law firm of Drinker, Biddle & Shanley of Florham Park, NJ, he comes to Matrix with an extensive background in real estate. While with Drinker, Biddle, he worked with his new employer on a number of deals, including major recent transactions with RCN Corp., Lifetime Hoan Corp. and the Jack Morton Cos.
In the 20 years of its existence, Matrix has developed real estate assets totaling more than $1 billion. In recent years, it has been most active in developing properties within the NJ Turnpike Exit 7, 7A and 8A submarket.
