The townhouses, priced from $625,000 to more than $1 million, are one-third committed, according to the builder. Smoker also says that about half the retail space is reserved, although no tenants have been identified. Boca Raton architects Pierce, Goodwin, Alexander and Linville have designed the complex in a neo-classic Mediterranean style. The general contractor is Centex-Rooney of West Palm Beach.
