$58-Mil Asking Price Set for 500,000-SF Office, Showroom Complex

HOUSTON-The Decorative Center of Houston, a complex of office space and showrooms, has been put up for sale by Crow Holdings and Billingsley Cos., a pair of Dallas companies that developed the project. The owners are seeking $58 million for the 500,000-sf complex.

The asking price for the 500,000-sf complex is $58 million. The project is located at the intersection of Woodway Drive and Sage Road in the Tanglewood area of Houston. Almost 400,000 sf in the complex is used by furniture dealers and home designers, who serve home decorators and interior design firms. The project is 97% leased. Trammell Crow Co. is marketing the project for the owners.
