Schultz sold Metropark South to Archon in 1998. At the time, the four-story building was 70% occupied. Since then, it has been repositioned and brought to 100% occupancy. Work on the structure included a substantial physical upgrade.
Harvey and Jonathan Schultz were responsible for brokering the latest sale to Denholtz.
