The planned 180,000-sf, three-story office building will be three times larger than PacSun's current quarters a few blocks away. Another 300,000 sf of distribution space also will be built, enough to service 1,200 stores.
Pacific Sunwear says escrow on the parcel should close in December. The new office and distribution complex should be ready to occupy by the end of next year.
