Madison Marquette Appoints New CAO

MINNEAPOLIS-Greg Bergan is promoted to chief administrative officer for Madison Marquette Realty's eastern region.

As CAO, Bergan will oversee the administrativeand operational functions of the Madison Retail Group.He also continues in his role as senior vicepresident, overseeing the company's propertymanagement activities in the Eastern Region.

Bergan,with more than 20 years of experience in the shoppingcenter industry, has been director of national leasingfor Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. in Atlanta andheld several senior management positions forMinneapolis-based General Growth Management.
