Among the transactions were CB&K's represention of CenterPoint Properties REIT, the areas largest industrial developer, in the lease of the REIT's speculative, 163,747-sf O'Hare West Distribution Center to fast growing Exodus Communications Inc. CB&K also represented Lighting Metals Specialties of Elk Grove, IL in its lease of a 136,000-sf industrial building at 2350 Lively in Elk Grove.
CB&K represented the seller, a private California investor, in the sale of a 35,445-sf facility in Bensenville
